In A Session

Each hypnotherapy session with Sara is calm, personalised, and entirely guided by your needs, and all sessions are offered online, so you can relax in the comfort and safety of your own home.

You’ll begin with a gentle conversation to explore your goals, followed by a soothing induction into a hypnotic state, similar to the feeling just before you fall asleep.

 

In this state, Sara will guide you through tailored techniques such as visualisation, positive suggestion, or inner dialogue work, helping you access deep insight, clarity, and transformation.

 

You’ll remain aware and in control throughout, and often leave the session feeling calm, light, and profoundly at ease.
